Cardboard Tracker

By accessing or using Cardboard Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Cardboard Tracker is a free collection management tool designed for trading card collectors and investors. It allows you to upload card images, log transactions, and track the value of your collection.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Cardboard Tracker. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at terms@cardboardtracker.nyc if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Cardboard Tracker, including card images and transaction data ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

If you choose to connect your Google Drive account, you authorize Cardboard Tracker to access only the specific files you select via the Google Picker interface. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Card prices and product information displayed on Cardboard Tracker are sourced from the TCGPlayer API and are owned by TCGPlayer.Affiliate commissions help us keep Cardboard Tracker free. Nothing on Cardboard Tracker constitutes financial, investment, or valuation advice.

You agree not to:

• —Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Cardboard Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardboard Curators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
