Where does your price data come from?
All data is sourced from TCGPlayer, one of the largest trading card marketplaces.
How often are prices updated?
Prices are updated daily.
Some prices look inaccurate or are displaying as 0, is that intended?
Prices are based on TCGPlayer's Market Price, which reflects the value at which a card has recently been selling. For newer cards, this typically centers around Near Mint (NM) or Lightly Played (LP) sales, though not always. Older cards may reflect any condition that's actively selling, including Heavily Played (HP). Cards with extremely low sales volume may show a market price of 0 or produce inconsistent values.
What does 'set value' mean?
Set value is the aggregate market price of all cards within a given set at their current market rate. It gives you a single number to track the overall health and performance of a set, similar to how a stock index tracks a basket of equities.
Do you track sealed product or other TCGs?
Currently, our platform focuses on individual card prices aggregated at the set level. Sealed product tracking and other trading card games like One Piece are on our roadmap and will be available if there is enough interest.
How far back does historical data go?
Historical data varies by set, but the furthest any historical price data goes back is 2024-02-08.
